Retain and develop your top female talent with our high-quality and scalable Women in Leadership Programme.
Within your organisation, there’s a group of capable, ambitious women who are ready for their next step. They’re already contributing at a high level, showing promise, and demonstrating the kind of leadership qualities that could shape your organisation’s future. With the right support, these women can strengthen and future-proof your leadership pipeline, creating lasting impact across your organisation.
Across many sectors, organisations are discovering that when they actively invest in women at this pivotal stage, the impact is remarkable. These leaders become more confident, more visible, and more influential. They bring fresh thinking, stronger collaboration, and a powerful sense of purpose. They stay longer, perform better, and play a vital part in building a more balanced, resilient, and innovative workforce.
We’re here to help you nurture that potential and create a clear path to progression. By investing in your female talent, you’re strengthening your pipeline, reducing future recruitment costs, and building gender-equal teams that lead with confidence and impact.
That’s why we created Women on a Mission, a 6-month group leadership development programme – now proudly accredited by the CPD Standards Office. It’s designed for mid-level female leaders who are ready to step into their full potential and become the confident, visible, values-driven leaders your organisation needs.
The programme can be delivered as an open programme for individual participants (self-funded or supported by their employer) or as an in-house cohort designed exclusively for women within your organisation, creating a powerful shared development experience for your emerging leaders.
Can you afford not to invest in your female talent?
£25,000
is the average cost of replacing a mid-level employee.
However, the costs go far beyond financial. Losing these women means a drain on expertise, disrupted teams, and a weakened talent pipeline.
Loss of Talent
Years of knowledge, expertise, and potential walk out the door when your best employees don’t feel supported. In fact, 94% of employees say they would stay longer in a company if it invested in their learning and development
Missed Potential
Your talent pipeline weakens along with the business advantage of building inclusive, gender-equal teams. Gender equity could inject a staggering $12 trillion into the global economy over the next decade
Impact on Culture
When women don’t see role models ahead of them, they lose motivation to stay. It also makes it harder to attract top talent in the future. Only 7% of current C-suite positions are held by women of colour
Over the last two decades, we’ve worked with countless organisations, such as Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, and Henley Business School, delivering leadership development initiatives that support their high-potential female leaders.
It’s allowed them to:
- Build a positive organisational culture, led by values-driven leadership
- Produce a ‘promotion-ready’ cohort of talented, inspirational female leaders
- Retain high-potential female leaders – save the cost of female talent brain drain
- Be seen as a great place to work for women and attract top talent
- Create an inclusive, gender-equal organisation, with the inevitable business advantage
We’d love to help you achieve the same.

life-changing
I would describe the programme as a path of self-discovery – one that isn’t over yet but has well and truly begun. I had felt quite stuck, and didn’t know how to ‘unstick myself’.
At the end of the first workshop, all I could think of was how amazing it was. I was so energised. I asked myself all the questions, did the exercises and threw myself into it – and things started clarifying, opening up and changing. Taking part in this programme has opened up a world that I knew existed – but had never tapped into. Now I can’t live without it.

inspiring
I can’t recommend her highly enough! Sarah is so passionate about positive psychology and her enthusiasm is infectious. I absolutely loved working with her over the last 6 months. Alongside the course, we had 1-1 coaching and I found Sarah to be supportive, inspiring and insightful. She has helped me improve my self confidence and understand what my strengths are. I now have a career plan for the first time in my life, and a really clear picture of what I want to do, as well as the courage to ask for it! I can see the changes in myself, but other people have also commented on how much more confident I am.

Sarah is fabulous! I’ve worked with a number of exec coaches during my career, and Sarah is absolutely fantastic. She listens very well, asks insightful poignant questions and most of all, helps me focus on the end game, visualizing success.
